Apologies, found the actual perpetrator, a mod called "You Shall Not Pass"

@TheJackalMan - Could you please join the Discord and open a support ticket so I can take a further look into this?

As far as I can tell it’s working fine, but there may be a mod conflict I’m unaware of.

After the 1.3 official game patch a few days ago, loading up the game gets me passed the splash screens but then the main menu never loads. After unsubscribing from this workshop item I was able to play again, but with your Sushi and Australian mods also broken, naturally.
