Respite Nextbot Base

This is a nextbot base I use for a bunch of my projects, includes a bunch of scuffed NPCs with models from varying games and other sources that I do not know.

It is unlisted because it isn't really ready for a full release, having bugs and some code that needs to be rewritten. But, other addons I've made use it and I got tired of juggling files around, so here it is.

There will probably be bugs, some janky behavior, and lag on larger maps. Since these are nextbots, they will perform best on maps with navmesh, but can still move on maps without it (they will be very stupid).
