Modern russian catenary skin

Description
Adds a modern russian skin for all supports. Each support must be repainted separately.
If you want to make this color the main (default) color, copy and rename the corresponding rail_pole.dds file (rail_pole or _1 for reinforced concrete New, _2 or _3 for steel Old, _4 for VeryOld) from Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\784150\3470026396 to:
- Light mode: Steam\steamapps\common\SovietRepublic\media_soviet\paths
- Hardcore mode monuments:
--- for New: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\784150\3541810268\For_replacing\New_supports\media_soviet\paths
