Update of Hey my team rules!s mod
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1338280929

The release of RimWorld 1.6 added improved support for Asset Bundles[github.com].
To avoid doubling the size of the mod, it was re-released using only Asset Bundles, you can find the previous version of this mod here.

- Some features might not function since I had to decompile the source and some of the transpiling harmony-code I could not figure out.
- Added mod-options for changing the probability for the added biomes during world generation.
- Added fish-definitions for Vanilla Fishing Expanded, thank you LilithDarkmoon!
- Added Chinese translation, thanks Forsakenboy!
- Added French translation, thanks qux!
- Added a mod-option to use the Volcano Variety setting, by thakyZ
- Wild mushrooms should now fulfill Ideology Fungi-need

- World Map Beautification Project Patch by Sacrificial Goat

Terraforming has always been more art than science. The process often resulted in an unstable biosphere. Poisonous forests, lakes of lava, and unregulated weapons testing have left scars across the landscape. These areas pose a hightened threat to colonists, only the desperate or foolish would attempt to live there.

Advanced Biomes adds 5 new biomes to RimWorld, complete with custom weather, plants and animals.

Poison Forest: A thick, poisonous forest. The stale air carries millions of fiberous spores. The terrain is soggy with scum and muck. Spiney thickets of poplars cover poison briar and plump fungi.
  • Poison Spores Weather. Colonists will gradually build up toxicity while outdoors. Let them stay inside every few days to reduce the toxicity.
  • New butterflies, mushrooms and blue deer.

Savanna: A savanna is a rolling grassland scattered with shrubs and isolated trees, which can be found between a tropical rainforest and desert biome. Not enough rain falls on a savanna to support forests.
  • Big animals, tall grass and few trees makes this ideal for hunting and ranged combat.
  • New acacia and baobab trees.

Volcano: A volcano is a rupture in the crust of a planet, that allows hot lava, volcanic ash, and gases to escape from a magma chamber below the surface.
  • Pools of lava give off tons of heat and light up the night.
  • Volcanic eruptions block the sun for a few days.

Wetland: A wetland is a land area that is saturated with water, either permanently or seasonally, such that it takes on the characteristics of a distinct ecosystem.
  • Water makes it difficult to find places to build here.
  • New sword fern, ivy, cedar trees, and mangrove trees.

Wasteland: A highly radioactive desert. Nuclear contamination from weapons testing, war or meltdowns has permanently altered the landscape.
  • Pools of radioactive waste light up the night.
  • Hardly any trees, and nothing to eat but mutant animals.

Advanced Biomes will be updated periodically, please leave a comment if you have a problem or suggestion.

This mod has always been a must-have on my list for many years, during every playthrough, but today is the first time I've had to give it up. It's still good and doesn't cause any critical crashes, but it needs to be updated for modern realities. Because now it looks like a distant greeting from older versions of the game, although there is something pleasant about it for nostalgia

And it was also incompatible with the Biotech pollution system, as far as I remember. It didn't cause any game crashes or anything like that, but when I entered a polluted tile with this biome, there was no pollution model equivalent for all the vegetation, and it was just totally bare land

@veoba I played version 1.5 with this mod and ReGrowth, and it didn't cause any problems. However, it visually stood out from the ReGrowth style when you entered a tile with this biome, and Map Beautification, which was in ReGrowth, did not apply to this mod on the world map
