Fixed orbiting arc direction

Deskripsi

Changes Orbiting Arc so it locks its rotation direction once cast, preventing mid‑flight flips when you turn around.

This seems pretty cool. Always a fan of "seems like this should've been in the vanilla game" mods. I'll try it out.
