[V-Script] Multiplayer Intro Cinematic Fix (5+ Players)

This mod fixes the intro cinematics that are tailored for four players only. This will ensure that all players, no matter how many, will be able to see the cutscene so they don't spawn in locked first person mode for the duration of the cutscene. Perfect for those who want to have their server be vanilla-like as possible.

This is only supported on ALL vanilla maps.

The cameras for the intros run on point_viewcontrol_survivor. Since VALVE designed this game with only 4 players in mind, the cameras don't work above 4 players. Not to mention there's a finite amount of cameras. After searching through No Parking custom map, point_viewcontrol_multiplayer is the solution. To make this short, I created one camera and removed all viewcontrol_survivor cameras. Everyone is on one camera. The only thing I cannot bring back is that transition from cinematic to your player since that only belongs in viewcontrol_survivor.
