Very simple edit of Oxxy 2007 Louis that gives him his bandolier from the 2008 design (also inspired by those geared up survivor mods on the workshop)

a brand new bandolier, thats it

I like this a lot, can you do the same for the "Less Beta-Like" version by devious critter? plus a tieless version, and maybe retail head variants but that'll have to wait

Basically, this is 2008 Louis but with 2k textures and no hood. Which is cool cuz I do prefer Francis not be the only one without a hoodie lol.
