A place for my scripts needed for my mods, and so other can use them more easily in their own mods.

I can't resolve this error. That mod created their own version of stunning force, and any mod or script that invokes the base game stunning force, like this one, will get that error. You could ask the Telekinesis mod author to give theirs a unique name and it would solve the issue for all mods that cause the same error
