There is an ems cfg settings at:
Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\custom_talker
Here you can change the volume, soundlevel, and pitch, if you want.
You can also change which voice lines should use which sound files.

There's a setting for model based pitch offset, so different models can use the same voice while sounding a bit different in pitch

Apparently, BigFellaBubsy found that the sourcemod "[L4D2] Vocalize Based Model.smx" plugin makes Sara use Louis' voice. Why? idk

SPSick: The plugin works by finding the 4th letter after survivor_. So because Louis is called survivor_manager (his model name), it would play his voice as the 4th letter is a. Sara's file name is assumingly survivor_sara. The 4th letter is a, the same as Louis' so the plugin will make her voice use Louis.

StarKaster Rose: go into the folder left4dead2\cfg\sourcemod, find the cfg called l4d2_l4d1_survivors_fix.cfg. set l4d2_l4d1_survivors_fix to 0. So far it looks like it fixed the issue with sara using louis voice from what ive tested
