Much Less Research Degradation (v69 - Nice)

Descripción
This mod reduces the annual decay Innovation and Knowledge down to just 10% of their respective totals, and increases the amount per worker to 250 and 500 respectively. Some may consider this a QoL feature, now that research is split up across two separate resources for no good reason.

@Doctdurr @Seriphyn I acknowledge that it may be overtuned for vanilla; I made this while playing with mods that add some technologies, so my experience likely differed from yours.

Knowledge seems to just come indefinitely? A little overtuned vs the base game's torture perhaps, I'm not sure where I should be 'at' since I started at v69, but at 400-500 people I had hundreds of knowledge points coming in.
