Officers!

This mod adds additional building for every race, which train officers - new npcs. Officers are strong warriors, who can teach you leadership and various military skills, depending on their race. Also it adds a new building for a player - Officer quarters. You can train leadership if you assign yourself there, or you can assign any of yours's villagers, which will train in military's skills and leadership. This mod should be compatible with Better Settlements and all other mods. If you encounter any bug, or have a suggestion - feel free to write it here or in Discord.

It must be lowest in the mod load order.
