Hate's Blank Map Marker for GRG

I got tired of seeing Gridded Reference Graphics (GRG) cluttering players maps with dots and other icons.

This mod creates a blank map marker that mission makers and players can use to create building numbers without cluttering the map with unnecessary icons.

Intended to be used with numbers but you can type in anything you want similar to any other map marker.
