To your glory and the glory of Him on Earth! - The Imperial Fists

The sons of Rogal Dorn have arrived to fortify Gladius!

The Imperial Fists are a loyalist Space Marine Legion and behave similar to the base games Space Marines with a focus on fortifications.

Multiple units among the Imperial Fists are able to quickly construct and redeploy fortifications to build a wall and make the xenos pay for it. Your units are strengthened while near your fortifications and chapter tactics have been modified to only work on fortified units.

To play the Imperial Fists you require the Fortification Pack DLC.
Additionally the following DLCs add more units to the faction:
Assault Pack DLC
Reinforcement Pack DLC
Specialist Pack DLC
Firepower Pack DLC

I'm looking forward to your feedback. The Imperial Fists are an ongoing project and everything is up for change.

For this mod I only repurposed already existing models and assets, so some units might look slightly weird. I'm sorry if this breaks your immersion.

The bastion having grenades is intentional, the lack of attacks was an oversight and should be fixed.
I'm not going to add localization for other languages. If I ever make changes that need changes in the language files I'd want to be able to make those adjustments without seeking external help.
This doesn't mean you can't release your translation as their own mod.

Also, I noticed that in the mod, the Tactical Bastion is able to use the Frag Grenade, Krak Grenade, and Melta Bomb abilities typically belonging to Space Marine infantry. I was wondering if this is intentional or a bug that needs fixing.

I am a huge fan of your fantastic mod. I really enjoy the content and flavor it adds to the game. As a dedicated player from the Chinese community, I have created a complete and accurate Simplified Chinese localization for your mod.
I would like to ask if it would be possible for you to include this Simplified Chinese translation in your next update? I believe it would allow more Chinese-speaking players to fully appreciate your excellent work.

You are correct and it should be fixed in your next game. None of the doctrines should have any requirements.

The tech "Assault Doctrine" isn't unlocking for me. Is it because Assault Marines are the starting unit for this faction, and so the game doesn't recognise the prerequisite as fulfilled, or could something else be screwing with it? I don't have any tech-tree mods aside from Golden Tool-tips.

Its a great idea making fortifications faction but now we need a seiging faction i hope!

I only made small additions to the Imperial Fists as they are still loyalist space marines and the loyalist legions all share more in common than any two traitor legions.

When I had the idea of creating a faction focused on fortifications I was looking into Iron Warriors and Imperial Fists, but as I haven't done a loyalist faction yet and didn't have any more ideas I choose the Imperial Fists.

For the Imperial Fists and any possible future loyalist legions the changes from the base games Space Marines will continue being in line with this mod and add up to Space Marines with unique mechanic instead of new faction with Space Marine look the way my Chaos Legions are.

Edit:Played a little longer and get the idea. It would be cool if vehicles or commanders can be deployed in the own form of structure's. Thanks for your work!
