I'll revise the Banat AI again.
I'll check about the Bulgarian claim state and the odessa decisions so it stops showing up when you get the states.
Yeah i might forgot to make Banat core it, after all this is Post-Liberation focus tree content for Banat.
About coring Odessa and Tiraspol is interesting, gameplay wise is fine but lore or narrative a bit difficult, my view is that the Scarlatian culture can integrate states and make them core because of its relaxed culture integration.(?)
On additions and fixes :
1) Romania no longer joining a faction : I like.
2) Romania no longer cedes Bessarabia before the third Carpathian War : Makes the war actually playable, I like too.
3) Banat integration was fixed, several extra divisions, very nice. The Banat AI is still a dumbass who wants to grab Nis instead of hunker down tho.
4) Narratively, the war for Odessa is a nice addition. The peace mechanic is simple, but well thought-out.
Noted bugs :
1) The Romanian collapse takes Dobrogea back from the Bulgarians.
2) After victory in the Odessa war, you probably shouldn't get to keep the white peace offer decision.
Questions on coring :
1) Is there a point in helping Banat beat Yugoslavia if West Banat doesn't end up a core ?
2) Will we be able to core Odessa and Balta-Tiraspol later ?
Also i buffed some focuses+events in Scarlatia because i read some notes about "insignificant" buffs like only having 2.50%+ or 1%+ increase.
The justification to that is to have several increases that snowball over time, not one time buffs like 25%+ stability increase. Ahem, anyway, i did buffed them a little bit :)
