Description
Removes all vanilla regions and random enemy encounters across the galaxy. Useful for modded games.

@Juni That would actually be really cool. I would love to see modding take this direction. having modded factions that can expand their territory. You could design larger stations and stationary defenses, with specialized ships attacking/defending or gathering resources. endless possibilities

it makes me wonder if you could do a completely empty galaxy besides 1 enemy station of each faction, so we can see how they naturally expand
