I am as amateur as they come, I wouldn't know too much about individually swapping out textures and such, let alone porting a mod that literally describes itself as a compilation of HD Textures. I would encourage you to figure out modding, and I'm not trying to be rude saying that. Best thing you can do is unironically try and work that yourself.
All this mod has is just a load of models and textures from Empire Divided. It's the 3models file from Rome II. It doesn't have any of the variant meshes, and because I'm lazy it allows me to just have this here to act as a reference for my mid mods.
