Air deck operations upgrade

描述
Version of the Air deck operations upgrade mod compatible with the NTU mod.

Flight deck operations are conducted in the same way as in base Air deck operations upgrade. Mod needs animations from base mod so both must be loaded.

Thanks to @nuclearstonk for allowing me to use his NTU code.

Load order
It must be loaded above NTU mod. Load order of base mod doesn't matter. Examples:
  • (1st) Air deck operations upgrade - NTU
  • (2nd) NTU
  • (3rd) Air deck operations upgrade
or
  • (1st) Air deck operations upgrade - NTU
  • (2nd) Air deck operations upgrade
  • (3rd) NTU
or
  • (1st) Air deck operations upgrade
  • (2nd) Air deck operations upgrade - NTU
  • (3rd) NTU

Updates
Generally I rather won't be tracking NTU mod for changes. When some changes connected to carriers appear, let me know to update the mod.

@Tennguy72 I'm not a fan of kitbashes (but I admire its creators), so the most likely I won't decide to start such project. Maybe if there was nice custom model, I'd go into.

@General Mackerel It's compatible with both and they may work next to each other but Cruisers-destroyers-frigates isn't compatible with NTU mod if NTU changes vanilla vessels. I haven't verified wether NTU mod adds only new vessels or adds new vessels and changes vanilla.
