Dopefish lives!

Dopefish, the legendary Apogee fish from Commander Keen (using the model from Ultrakill) comes to GMod as a joke playermodel.

Meant to do this one along with the DOOM Eternal one simultaneously and forgot. Oh well. Enjoy!
