This mod is a Base for other mods that use rain, simple really, i dont expect others to use this tbh but i made this for just in case reasons, this is a collection that has mods that use this: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3429543763

this is assuming you have Hammer already on HL2
1 - extract the mod folder using GCFscape in \steamapps\workshop\content\220\3429049264
2 - put the map in a folder in \steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\bin\Prefabs
3 - open the map that you got using BSPsrc or the leak maps or whatever
4 - click on entities on the right and change it to the folder you made with the vmf
5 - you can now spawn the prefab, scale it over the whole snowing are and make sure its under the skybox!

then save at the top right and click F9 after. Then you should have the playable map you can package
