This mod implements a simple ‘Freedom Desire’ system that somewhat reflects the state of your internal politics. In short, Freedom Desire rises with censorship in your country.
It declines primarily with the ruling party popularity. If the country is also not democratic, Freedom Desire rises based on the popularity of the democratic party.
On high levels Freedom Desire begins to escalate faster — that was the intent, at least. Reaching the extreme, it causes a civil war by your political opponents.

This is a very small mod I made a few years ago, mainly to study HOI4 modding. It had no ‘development end goal’, only a central idea — so I never finished it.
Some of the things may not work properly or at all.
If you can't see decisions from the mod, wait a few days in-game for them to appear!
