Short Sword and Gladius now can Cut at 10% efficiency, so you would be able to get meat, skin and bones, but good knife would make it 10 times faster.

Hammers can Mine at 20% efficiency, so Armorsmith or Weaponsmith specialists can get ore.

Spear and Bone spear allow to fish at 25% efficiency.
