Dawn 1.2.2 (Black sand fix)

Popis
Dawn is a utility mod that allows developers to add a proper day/night cycle to their regions.
Perfect if you want no rain for your mod!

Currently:
- Allows creature to exit their dens during there assigned times (Day/Night based on a flag that already exists).
- Has a custom night cycle timer
- Threat theme support (hopefully)

However there are currently some compatibility issues and bugs:
Region kit fade palletes currently override the fades.
Full rain isn't supported, this mod is meant for making regions with no rain, or just a small drizzle.

Changes
The black sand problem has been fixed!!

Fixed a few bugs:
- Intro Cutscenes to a few slugcats now work again
- Having no fade palette no longer crashes the game
- Hopefully fixed a crash when changing regions

Added:
- Effect Colours can now be changed based on the time (HalfDusk/Dusk/Night/Dawn/HalfDawn)
- Buttons now exist in Dev Tools to add time-specific room effects & terrain settings

realy needs to be more flexible with the rain timer. (the night time is stuck to a set timer and even the random cycle timer goes against it. i want an actual sunset, not a cut to black.)

if you lower the rain cycle timer it still doesnt activate when the timer runs out- instead only activating after the real rain timer, could you maybe modify it to function with an altered rain timer?
