I put some soul into one of my ships for once.

The "Ceylon Class Corvette" manufactured by Arcadia Stardrives(ASD) is the first in a linage of interceptor corvettes.

Designed for recon operations, light capital to light capital combat, and Quick response.
The Ceylon Class was first used by the Eternal Imperium in 2373 A.D., with ~1,200 of the 1800 ever made being sold to them. The Ship was first used in combat in the expansionist wars from 2389-2445 A.D., where the ship was found best used chasing down routed fleets picking off stragglers. The ship was put out of service in the empire and considered obsolete in 2495 A.D. where the Ceylon Class was scrapped, converted to civilian service, or found in the hands of pirates. The last Ceylon Class was seen being used by pirates in a satellite micro galaxy in 2866 A.D.
