Alt St. Bernhard

Welcome to Alt St. Bernhard, a small mountain village in the Bernese Alps, in the heart of Switzerland. The ski area offers a variety of pistes, old and state-of-the-art lifts, several restaurants to stop off at and an unforgettable panorama.

I already started the map Alt St. Bernhard in 2021, until it was lost on my hard disk for a long time. When I found it again by chance in the fall of 2024, I decided to finish it and upload it. The idea of the map was to create a rather small Swiss ski resort, which is easy to manage in single player but also offers enough space for a multiplayer round.

Alt St. Bernhard is a small mountain village in the Bernese Alps. The ski area of the Alt St. Bernhard Skiresort provides access to some beautiful slopes above the alpine village. The slopes around the Hornsee, a picturesque mountain lake above Alt St. Bernhard, are also served by lifts and offer a breathtaking panorama on every descent.
Above the village, a short, independently operated surface lift also provides access to a small forest slope. Although the lift is still operated independently of the Alt St. Bernhard Skiresort, it is included in the ski pass for the ski area above Alt St. Bernhard thanks to close cooperation.

- The aerial tramway may cause problems after restarting the savegame and may not start operating correctly. In this case, simply reset the ropeway via the ropeway menu. If the ropeway still causes problems, you can also use the chat command “/rebuildRopeway Hornseebahn”.

- The Cusotomisable Signs Mod (slope guidance system) is unfortunately not suitable for multiplayer. To play the map in multiplayer anyway, you have to deactivate this mod when opening a server.
