4-осная цистерна для светлых нефтепродуктов (модель 15-1443) грузоподъемностью 60 т Мариупольского вагоностроительного завода имеет котел полезной емкостью 71,7 м3. Крепление котла на раме производится в средней и в концевых его частях. К крайним опорам котел притянут стяжными хомутами, предназначенными для предотвращения вертикальных и поперечных перемещений относительно рамы. Особенности конструкции рамы цистерны: отсутствие боковых продольных, а также промежуточных поперечных балок; наличие мощных концевых балок и облегченных продольных боковых балок лишь по концам рамы. Такая конструкция обусловлена тем, что жесткость котла значительно выше жесткости профильных боковых балок рамы, вследствие чего почти все силы, действующие на цистерну, воспринимаются котлом и затем через крайние его опоры передаются на тележки.

The 4-axle tank for light oil products (model 15-1443) with a lifting capacity of 60 tons of the Mariupol Railway Car Building Plant has a boiler with a useful capacity of 71.7 m3. The boiler is mounted on the frame in the middle and in the end parts. The boiler is pulled to the extreme supports by clamping clamps designed to prevent vertical and transverse movements relative to the frame. Design features of the tank frame: the absence of lateral longitudinal and intermediate transverse beams; the presence of powerful end beams and lightweight longitudinal side beams only at the ends of the frame. This design is due to the fact that the rigidity of the boiler is significantly higher than the rigidity of the profile side beams of the frame, as a result of which almost all the forces acting on the tank are perceived by the boiler and then transmitted through its extreme supports to the trolleys.
