Notable updates done

Switch from B41 Recipe format to B42 craftRecipe format.
Switch from B41 InstanceItemFactory.createItem to B42 instanceItem.
Switch from B41 sendObjectChange('addItems',) to B42 addItemsToContainer.
Switch Radio items from Radio to Base module.
DrainableComboItem getUseDelta is replaced by getCurrentUsesFloat (same for the setter).
Drainable getDrainableUsesInt is replaced by getCurrentUses.
Some wheels are offseted (Wheel radius from 0.15 to 0.16) to reduce the cases of vehicle stuck in ground.
Wheels shaders are switched to basicEffect or removed.
Vehicle part Gas transfer contextual menu is upgraded to B42.
Switch translations encodings "KO uses utf-16, CS uses cp1250, CA uses ISO-8859-15, AR uses cp1252 all others utf-8" (End Game Boss Of Lua).

Не знаю с чем это связано, однако большинство крафтов просто недоступно. Нельзя разбирать шины и стёкла. Может быть это из-за моих модов, но кроме разбора деталей мод функционирует правильно.

Hi, People, if you still have the issue with the dashboard and the mechanics not showing up, look for incompatibilities, in my case the J&G Firefighters Uniforms was the one who broke things up, removed it, and now its solved.

i know its frustrating having to filter manually which its the broken one, but just saying here that somenthing its broken its no helpfull, mostly cuz everyone plays with multiple mods

Guys if you have issues with your dashboard just have this mod enabled alone and test any random car, not every issue is a lack of update but compatibility errors with other mods.
Also learn to present error logs so this can be tracked down by the mod authors.
Just saying doesn't work doesn't help anyone and just irritates mod authors.

the mods is giving problems, i cant see the car dashboard, everytime i get on a car, erros start popping up

Like many of the others have said, Tsar's is throwing up errors when opening hood/checking vehicle mechanics and entering vehicles. The latter error prevents the vehicle dashboard from displaying. Any fixes or do I have to tolerate it until the mod is fixed/updated?

all the other J&G mods appear to be working fine with this but the J&G Firefighters as of right now is causing issues
