This is a version of BlackEmperor's Africa Plus updated to 1.16, I will not be adding or expanding upon this mod, only maintaining it if I have the time.

Does anyone have advice/tips on how I can just add the Dinka Tribe's culture and religion from this mod to the game and make their government type as Herders? I've been trying to do it but haven't had any luck. I did manage to figure out how to use different leg wear instead of the African style, which looks way better for battles. Sandals without pants just don't cut it.

Yes. I had loaded no other mod but Africa Plus and verified that this current mod is what causes the problem. I honestly thought it was a feature, not a bug. In every start date the state of dämbiya starts as Ashari muslims, and in almost every start date apart from 1178 the Gideon Dynasty starts as Ashari muslims.

I've never encountered this bug before, are you sure it's caused by this mod?
