Higashi
Gain culture equal to 5% military strength.

Akafuyu
Gain Great General points equal to 5% Military Strength. Unlocks the unique unit Hatamoto Samurai. Hatamoto Samurai Akafuyu unique unit. Does not suffer combat penalties when damaged. Obtained when obtaining the Grand General. Has base Combat Strength equal to the strongest unit your cities have produced. When killed, retreats with 1 HP to the Capital.
Suzuran
Gain Faith equal to 25% Military Strength and 5% Military Strength for Great Prophet points. Vulpo Shrine A district unique to Suzuran. Replaces the holy site district, and cheaper to build. Additional +0.5 Faith from Adjacent forest and +1 Faith value from Adjacent Lumber Mill. When the first Oppidum is constructed the Construction technology is unlocked.
Yato
Gain Science and Diplomatic Support equal to 5% of Military Strength. Unlocks the unique unit Noir Corne.
Utage
Gain gold equal to 25% of military strength. Gain 1 free merchant after have Foreign Trade civic.

Ægir fishing village
A district unique to Higashi, can only be built on coastal or lake. Replaces the Neighborhood district but is available earlier and cheaper to build. Provides +5 Housing regardless of Appeal. +1 Food and 1 Production from Adjacent reefs, fishing boats and Fisheries.

Fireworks Festival
A unique district to Higashi. Replaces the Water Park, can be built earlier with lower cost, and does not count toward the district limit. Provides one Goldfish, a special artificial luxury resource that grants +6 Amenities.

There's an English translation provided with this mod, but it is broken :csdmeh:.
And easy to fix... Just open the "text.xml" file and remove the 'Language="en"' entries in the first two elements. Should be fine then ....

Or.... you could simply install and use the (next version of the) CTC - Computer Translated Civilizations mod which will include the original translations as well as auto-generated translations to all the other languages - as well as translations to more than 250 Civilization mods that do not come with an English translation....
