This is a submod for Anbennar (Steam Version Only). Includes 80 new missions and 35+ new events focusing on the reestablishment of Aul Dwarov as the Hold of Amldihr and making different choices about how the country should operate.
New in version 2.0
1) Any country of Dwarven culture, not just Amldihr can form Aul Dwarov through Amlharaz, the Assembly of Holds as a diplomatic institution. All you need to do is have your capital be a hold in the Serpernspine and be of dwarven culture with 2 allies or subjects that have capitals in holds.
You can invite your vassals or allies into the Assembly with a diplomatic action with them only expecting protection from you at the start, providing nothing in return until you pass some reforms. The elections of the High King are held every 10 years, with the chance for the other Holds to take the title from you.
2) Individual Hold missions have been moved to a different mechanic and are replaced with new missions.

New Mechanics
Diplomatic Formation of Aul Dwarov in HRE-style. Any country of Dwarven culture, not just Amldihr can form Aul Dwarov through Amlharaz, the Assembly of Holds as a diplomatic institution.
Turn dwarven subjects or integrated non-dwarven subjects into proper holds. Later make the hold an Amlharaz subject that has the same liberty desire as a client state.
Invite them into Amlharaz as proper voting members.
Give your subjects control of entire regions of the Serpentspine, giving your vassals vassals or retract them.
Give subjects mandates on areas outside of the Serpentspine, lowering their liberty desire and giving them permanent claims.
Government reforms:
1) Professional army or companies of the holds
2) Strengthening the monarch or strengthening the estates/parliament
3) Focusing on direct administration or on the subjects.
4) Economic reform focusing on the advanced use of water to deal with the consequences of the Hoardcurse.
Diplomatic actions:
1) Grant subjects or take for yourself a mandate on a region neighboring the Serpentspine and lowering their liberty desire.
2) Restore the identity of a subject to that of a hold, allowing them to form that hold.
3) Later make the hold an Amlharaz subject that has the same liberty desire as a client state.
Monuments:
4 monuments in your capital area: Assembly Hall, Hall of the Ancestors, Citadel Hold and one depending on what adventuring band you formed Amldihr as. Also a choice between 3 monuments once a source of power is discovered in the caverns: Artifice halls, Magic Academy and Golem Factory.
New Holds Estate:
Power of the other holds compared to the capital is represented by this estate, allowing you to manage administration, liberty desire and more.
Disasters:
1) Holds estate disaster that you will probably not trigger unless you really mismanage the estate
2) Nobles vs Holds disaster that you can trigger once or avoid fully to advance down the mission tree

Aah ok thats what I was missing. I didn't realize the elections helped I forgot to invite dwarves right away so I missed elections for awhile and that reform thank you that'll make it speed up way more

@Fizzbiscuts McGuffin yes, one reform does it passively, every re-election you get 10 and if you take the reform that allows you to expand militerily it gives you 10 for the win

is there a way to speed up almaraz reforms? the points seem to go up way too slow to pass all reforms.

@AnihilatorX found the issue with the holds vs nobles missions triggers not allowing to favor the holds. Also the theocracy path specifically had a bug with tier6 reform not showing up and tier 7 reform showing up instead of it at tier 6.
Fixed both. Unsubscribe and resubscribe for the update to take effect. New game not needed, will function right away.

acts of the government mission doesn't unlock strengthen the rights and strenghten the king tier 6 government reforms. after completing the mission the only reforms i have available at tier 6 are partial secularization, strengthen the religious head, crowned ruler and proclaim the republic
AnihilatorX 24 Aug @ 2:53pm
another thing i noticed is that localisation for favoring holds option is also broken and says that you need to have the same number of priviliges for holds and nobles AND nobles need to have more priviliges
AnihilatorX 24 Aug @ 2:46pm
trigger for sharing power mission is broken and makes it impossible to show favor for holds as even with no priviliges for nobles and 4 priviliges for holds while having done 4 agendas for holds only option i get no matter what is the balance one

That's just gotta be a steam workshop thing

So doing that same process twice got it to work. Wild.

Just loading anbennar and a freshly re-downloaded copy of this mod into an empty playset and the right most column of missions below "beacon of immigration" are still invisible.
