(CUP) Altian Civil War

After a long period of economic crisis and political instability on Altis, Colonel Georgious Akhanteros comes to power with a coup in 2018. He continues to maintain relations with European countries and NATO to receive the military aid requested under agreements with the previous civilian government but, in the beginning of 2020, he began to make military and economic agreements with other non-NATO countries as well. After long peaceful protests violently repressed by Akhanteros, all kinds of dissidents gathered under the armed movement of the FIA, thus starting a conflict that will degenerate more and more...

After the coup, the AAF underwent several changes and received several funds for equipment modernization, with particular attention also to the navy which is responsible for cutting the FIA ​​supply lines. Thanks to Akhanteros, the AAF can count on various vehicles and weapons (some of their own production under license).


-Freedom and Independence Army:

• Different vehicles with custom textures.
  
• Randomised headgear and facewear for more variety.

From simple street criminals to arms smugglers, the FIA ​​is characterized by its ability to gather under its influence all those who do not support the military government. Although composed mainly of civilians and some AAF deserters, this paramilitary force can rely on foreign-funded weapons and rudimentary and captured enemy vehicles.


-Raven PMCs:

• Independent and Opfor faction.
  
• Infantry units with their groups.
  
• Different vehicles.

A relatively small military force composed of mercenaries from Russian territory. Their main mission is to defend cargo ships from FIA attacks, but according to some AAN investigations, the Altian government commissioned them for other reasons that are not yet clear. The Raven group has several armored and non-armored vehicles,static defensive weapons and a small air force consisting of helicopters and drones.


-Task Force Aegis:

• Blufor faction.
  
• Infantry units with their groups.
  
• Different vehicles.

A task force composed of US military personnel, their goal is to support the government in the fight against the FIA ​​and to protect the civilian population. The TFA has several light armored vehicles and a small air force, their intervention in the conflict is limited by the Altian government.
