Sybil (Sleepytime outfit) from Pseudoregalia Has Joined Rivals of aether

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Dream Breaker
She chucks the dreambreaker into the air and it will hit people, the dreambreaker can also go onto the ground and she can pick it up by crouching when it is on the ground, also you and the opponent can hit, It's as sybil as that.

SIDE SPECIAL: Solar Wind
If she's grounded she'll slide on the ground, if you press jump she'll do a horzontial burst
When Aerial it will go downwards being pretty much similar to the grounded one.

UP SPECIAL: Golden Arc
Sybil will do a flip kick upwards, can be used a combo ender.

DOWN SPECIAL: Sunsetter
If she's aerial she will slam the dreambreaker ground If Grounded she will go forward and then do the slam
If she is on the ground after the slamming the dreambreaker into the ground if you press jump it will boost her up (higher than her normal jump height)

OTHER NOTES
Fair & Aerial Fspecial can bounce off of walls
Dstrong can be turned around during the charge animation
Dattack can jump cancel on hit
