Custom flags, leaders image and leaders name for the Commonwealth.

When installing PPLX file please first recache to have the leader to appear properly.

If having other mod installed that adds custom flags, that uses same dds file it will confict with these flags, and you have to unsubscribe if you want to use these.

If somewhow does not work can try and copy into local game directory.
