Shanghai and The Tower of Mima+

Shanghai climbs the Tower of Mima the hardest tower in Gensokyo much harder than the Tower of Eirin and it's only 99% mortality rate. This is a full 30 floor dungeon loosely based on a stream by Yggdrasiface as well as other obscure references which is just whatever sprites I already had saved on my PC :)
This version has been mostly fixed and has some balance changes, but please reply with any feedback on errors I have missed yet again :)
