Demand Independence

Descriere
Simple mod that adds the option to demand independence from your liege.

I don’t think it’s appropriate that the only ways to gain independence are through war or factions, when historically, some counties that were economically and militarily independent requested their independence through political means, without resorting to wars or rebellions.

For now, I’ve added a few requirements to make it feel less like cheating and more like a short/long-term goal:

- Not being at war
- Having a different culture than your liege
- All of your de jure lands must be of the same culture and faith
- One of this two:
* Having a military power superior to your liege
* Weak hook over your liege
- Controlling your primary title for 10 years

Effects of the decision: You gain a bit of legitimacy and renow.

All options give independence, but you can choose to end relations in rivalry or in a 10-year truce.
Additionally if you have over 60 positive opinion with your liege, you will have the option to obtain an alliance.

Custom game rule to enable/disable ai, enabled by default

Any suggestions are welcome

Localization: English and Spanish.

Second that, seems like an oversight. There's also obligation and perpetual hooks in the system.

I have a strong hook on me Liege but this decision needs a weak hook. It'd be nice if it was modified to be a weak or strong hook thanks!

@Secuter
If the option to refuse is added, the decision would make no sense because why would anyone accept their vassal becoming independent without any cost? Both the AI and the player would always choose "No," which is the most logical option. The idea of not having a way to refuse is to balance the game and penalize players who expand too quickly through conquests, without worrying about the culture and religion of the regions they conquer, since that’s one of the requirements.

This game constantly lacks meaningful interactions and decisions. I don't think this mods helps in that regard if you cannot say "no". Like, this is the peaceful way of trying to go independent. But your liege should be able to say no with some prestige loss for you.

I think the liege should be able to say no, but you still become independent without a war. In exchange your liege gains strong claims over your land instead.

AI with traits such as ambitious or disloyal are more likely to take the decision

@Xherdos IA still has to meet the requirements to make the decision, so if you are negligent in taking territories and leaving them abandoned without concern for culture or faith, then yes.

Eh so basically the AI could say "HAHA F'you i just leave and you cannot do anything against!" When they pick the Decision

Also, AI and Player cant deny it and start a war, you have the vanilla "faction" option for that
