The Royal Armoury - Mothtweaked

An edited version of the Royal Armoury for use with my friends. Uses vanilla research, changes some stats, and attempts to fix a few things. Credits to the original creator, dictator putski for making the mod, and to my friend Mai for doing all the tedium I didn't want to do myself.

Changes from the original:
-Fixed the broken wheels and tracks.
-Changed some stats here and there.
-Added ClipReloadTime to most gun modules.
-Made most modules require research from the vanilla tree.
-Nerfed the nuclear bomb alongside the huge cannons, but they still remain pretty strong.
-Fixed broadside telescope not having a buff.
-Fixed typos and misspellings of module descriptions, while shortening them so that I can actually see the weapon stats ingame.
-Americanized the spelling of Defence in module descriptions.
-Rounded out the unpleasantly sharp corner of the Glover and its ventral variant.
-Made the weapons compatible with vanilla modifiers like extra cannon damage, regional bonuses, tech bonuses, etc...
-You can recolor most of the modules, propellers, decks and turrets now.
-Cleaned up the Imperial Armoury category by allowing you to vertically flip and swap variants of modules
-The Luxor command module now has a two-pixel tall length at both ends of the glass.
-Most of the modules can now be drawn over with decals.
-Generally just a bunch of rebalances and tweaks.
