Description
Fun Fact: Viktor Antonov was an art director on both Half-Life 2 and Dishonored, but that's besides the point. Point is that with new AI technology, the modding applications will grow exponentially, perhaps not in this way, though...
This experiment brings Dishonored's propaganda officer's voice into HL2, complete with the iconic speaker on/off sounds. The voice was, of course, made with the use of ElevenLabs.

More Dishonored-themed content would be nice
For example, the sound of picking up cartridges from a potion or the sound of enemies and Ambient or music :whiterun:
