Also it looks like this mod may now be partially redundant, I think you can add custom airwings to the base through the Flight Deck menu > Air Group > Use Custom Air Group Tab, in the editor. Not sure if you can change the base capacity though.

Hello, took a look back at this after a few months. Looks like the issues with the large aircraft has been resolved by the devs.

If you cannot find the airbase, it is under USA > Land Units > Airbase - Large (Airbase)

Make sure to have the mod enabled in the mod settings.

cant find it the list of units just spent some time going through all the airbases and couldn't find it would love to use in planned missions I've been making

Large aircraft (especially E-3C and B-52) are currently bugged when launching from large airfields in anything more than single aircraft launches. As of now, the only way to get B-52s to reliable take off is to launch them 1 at a time (i.e. launch 1, wait for it to take off, then launch 2nd one, etc etc).

Known bug according to their Discord, fixed in current Dev beta branch as of 16/03/2025.

For some reason now, wherever I place the airbase on land, in a scenario it shows up as underwater when playing and every plane crashes in terrain after takeoff.

is there a way to modify the aircraft present?

please make for soviets it

Awesome mod, though I also noticed that the B52 will stop the other planes on the runway and crash. There seems to have a bug with the AH-1H who explode just before take-off. Keep up the good work man
