Decaying winter status effects [SEF]

This addon makes it so if u get shot in leg it might break
if u get poisoned u will vomit
if u get stabbed u will bleed
if u get hit with a big blunt object u might break ur leg
if u fall from a big height u will break ur leg

EFFECTS DESCRIPTION:
Arterial bleeding: Bleeding but worse
Intoxicated: You are intoxicated, u will vomit in a couple of seconds
Broken leg: you take damage when you are sprinting (couldnt get disablesprint to work properly)
Morale: Makes u deal less damage and get dealt more damage to you (stacks, 15%)
