Vertical punch 1.5 -> 2
Spread per shot 1 -> 2
Max movement spread 3 -> 1.75
Penetration power 50 -> 75
Damage 90 -> 125
Cycle time 0.25 -> 0.2
Clip size 15 -> 10

Works pretty well. Oneshots Jockeys, which is nice, I guess.

Jackhammer and Morita AR scripts are hot and ready.

I thought that increasing Jackhammer's overall damage is kinda pointless (it's already one-shots Hunters and Smokers up close) so I increased damage per pellet, increased accuracy, but reduced number of pellets to 6 (so now it's, technically, 000 Buckshot)

Also make a Pancor Jackhammer script for the Tactical Shotgun and Combat Shotgun (10 rounds and buffed damage)
