International TransAm Championship Racing Series

Nine hundred horsepower. Three manufacturers. Ten teams. Two trophies. One series. The International TransAm Championship Racing Series (ITCRS) is a fictionalized international version of the real Trans Am series in the late 2010's, featuring brand new sponsors, teams and characters. Drive the Dart Competitor, Sierra Stallion or Sybaris A.5 Trans Am cars around the world and fight for the top of the world in the modern age of American tube-frame silhouette race cars.

NEW CARS

Three cars have been lovingly illustrated from scratch for this mod, featuring analogs to the real-world Cadillac, Dodge and Ford Trans Am cars from the late 2010's. Each car is also lovingly painted in accordance with each brand new team.

NEW TEAMS

Ten brand new teams with unique liveries are represented here. Take the helm of top teams on the fictionalized field like the Canadian Chesterfield Racing, grab the reigns of a mid-field team like Integrity, or bring the backmarkers to the forefront with Novamari.

NEW CHARACTERS

New characters have been added into the game that will show up throughout the series for you to hire and fire, including more female and LGBT+ characters.

[As of 10/10/2024] NEW CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS DISTRIBUTION

Championship points have been changed thanks to a new update for Golden Lap, presenting you with a championship points distribution that feels very similar to the real TA series. Points start at 30 for the top finisher, then drop by 2 points for each position. (30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 0) The Fastest Lap award also hands out 2 points rather than just 1, adding a bit of extra incentive for the fastest lap.
