Description
We are in Rhoda, a city surrounded by water and mountains. This will make the task of building our city difficult. But we are also in an area where all the cities are under the enemy's military control, so we will have to prepare a good number of soldiers to liberate the area.

There is no chunk of arid ground in the city map. Is there at least a city that buys either clay or bricks?
