Mexico flag is now correct. I have added dozzens of new flags. Latinamerican, Italian, Belgian, Balkan, African conflict zone flags, Vietcong, Myanmar civil war factions, Tamil Tigers, Srilanka, and some fantasy flags.

If that is so, I will take look and try to fix it, sometime this week, and maybe add some other flags that have been requested here.
