adjusted colors from black {0, 0, 0} to darkest gray {15, 15, 15} so it wont look as bad on daytime maps

also removed shoving survivors from the director_base_addon.nut script to be compatabile with survivor shove mods or for people who dont want them

Still looks not realistic on daytime maps, how can be building completely black, if during day we see all distance on sun shine. Need come up something with that fog...
