I'm wierdly intelligent, I dont know how I feel about it now that i think about it.
Compatibility patch script for random cars with additonal cargo types is done:

It's possible to make them work with additional cargo types, but I haven't come up with a clean solution that will work for all of the different (and potential future) mods that add new cargo. Ideally I'd like to do a script-based fix that will work with any new cargo, rather than compatibility patches for each different cargo type mod, just haven't figured out a good way to do it yet.
For now you'll just need to use the non-random versions for modded cargo :/
