Tamriel - Subdivisions

Description
Nasgar's excellent "Tamriel Provinces" map, but now subdivided, for even more nations and chaos! Any groups which have a canon (or at least fanon) flag/heraldry have their accurate colors, the rest I colored based on provinces.

Because the map was heavily outdated; I made this so early that it was before you could even change town names or borders, and by this point there's other maps of the same thing that have already been corrected. May come back to and fix this, probably, just not as much motivation since I'm pretty sure others have already done it.
