Dons Repair Tower

Description
A simple mod that increases the range of level 2 and 3 repair towers and increases the range of the drones. For this, I increased the construction cost.

Value LVL1 -> LVL2 -> LVL3
drone_search_radius 25 -> 50 -> 75
drone_per_spot 2 -> 6 -> 9
carbonium 100 -> 250 -> 500
steel 75 -> 175 -> 350
cobalt 25 -> 55 -> 110

It buffs all three levels, maybee that is not made clear from the decription. Let me fix that
