AGOT - Lannister Gold

This is small submod for AGOT with the goal of adding extra flavor to the mod by adding more decisions and events related to gold with extra features for the Lords of Casterly Rock. Now that the Targaryens have their dragons back it is time to give the Lannisters an extra edge.

I first wanted a way to represent how in debt the Iron Throne really was to the Lannisters during the Reign of the Usurper but ended up wanting to expand further on the idea of gold in the game.

• Inspired by Tywin lannister, all direct vassals of the Iron Throne can now lend gold to the King when his wealth is below 300 Gold in exchange for a monthly interest.
  
• After lending the gold, the player can request his original gold back if relations with the king are good enough or sell the debt to the Iron Bank which may destabilize the Iron Throne if the King does not repay his debt.
  
• Decision for all lords with a high stewardship skill or certain traits to borrow a small sum of gold from merchants.
  
• Player can forgo the Iron Throne's debt for a hook.

  Extra Features for the Lords of Casterly Rock (not necessarily the Lannisters, whoever controls the Rock)
  
  
• Decision for the lord of Casterly Rock to found the Golden Bank of Lannisport.
  
• Chain of events after the foundation of the Golden Bank for the player to deal with the repercusions in the realm as well as with the Iron Bank (Be careful!!).
  
• Decision for the Head of the Golden Bank to invest in the Golden Bank and grant loans to the merchant class of Lannisport in Exchange for Interest.
  
• Decision for the Head of the Golden Bank to withdraw gold from the Golden Bank of Lannisport in Exchange for losing monthly Interest.
  
• Decisions to expand the Golden Bank to Kings Landing and Oldtown if you have good relations with their lords and are loaded with gold.
  
• Flavor events every five years about petitioners asking for loans to the head of the Golden Bank which may or may not be repaid.
  
  
  Compatibility
  In theory, this should be compatible with most submods as I did not edit any basegame or AGOT files and is quite lightweight. Do let me know if you encounter any issues.
  
  
  Bugs and Balance
  I am very new to writing any code and this is my first mod of this kind. Expect some bugs so please do report them so I can adress them. I played with the mod for a while and did not encounter any issues but I am sure there will be some bugs or things that do not make much sense.
  The mod is in a very early version and there is quite a bit of polishing to do and many things I want to retouch. If you think the balance is off or have any suggestions do let me know in the comments.
  I expect to update and expand this sub mod and this is the first version so I am very open to hearing suggestions. The goal is to expand this mod in the future to add a new way of influencing the Seven Kingdoms through gold.
  
  
  Tips
  This is not a free money mod or anything like that, it just adds a new option to invest heavily so that you can eventually have a decent income from the bank/loans and free up buidling slots for martial endevours. If anything the decisions and event costs might be a bit too much for the interests gained so you should probably still focus on economy buildings at first and build a solid economy before jumping into the bank.
  
  Please, do read the events and consider your decisions after founding the Golden Bank for they will have serious consequences. In the current expansion I am working on for this submod this will be even more important, there will not be any plot armor to save you! ;)
