All in all, love the the work put into this mod!
#2 has been a thing since forever, at least TW:WH 2 from my experience. I don't think CA have fixed it in any recent patches
1) Their leader card indicates that he should be able to regenerate (since he's a undead skaven from what I've understood) but he doesn't have any regeneration in battle and I haven't seen any skills giving it to him once he's leveled up, is that normal ?
2) Since the faction is supposedly 90% about boats and staying on the sea, shouldn't they be able to attack settlements directly from the sea ? I've tried to attack settlements both on the normal IE map and IEE map and it doesn't work, making it a real hassle since we have to land, wait a turn, attack and sack then wait another turn before going back on sea.
