Our Mutual Fiend by SNW (Fixed) [Part 4/4]

Our Mutual Fiend is a community made campaign by SNW that is ported from Half-Life 2: Episode 2, this addons fixes the campaign's assets being loaded loosely by packing the mission file on each part, so players won't see broken assets of trees in many custom maps (most notably, the custom campaign White Forest by Missed) but unfortunately the fix causes the campaign parts to conflict with each other. This is normal, expected behavior and it's needed for the fix to work. No further changes were made, so it should be 100% backwards compatible with the original addon.
