Re-Upload: 5 Grenade Pickup

"You know what they say... a new look is a new me!" ~Sam Stone probably...

This mod replaces all grenade pickups (floating or not) with a badass new 5 grenade model made by Neiser! Obviously to reflect this, all grenade pickups will now give 5 upon collection, and in addition all grenade pickups will now play the Grenade Launcher's pickup sound to help differentiate them from other ammo types.

A huge shoutout to Neiser for the banger new model!
